This policy explains what Vitrak Extendreach Pvt. Ltd. ("Vitrak", "we") collects when you use this website, the Vitrak distributor app or the company portal, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Details you give us. Name, mobile number, email address, company or association name, and anything you write in an enquiry form.
• Business details. Company, category and region information submitted by companies and distributors so that listings can be matched to the right audience.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, listings opened and enquiries raised, used to operate and improve the platform.

How we use it

• To create accounts, and to display listings to the right audience.
• To route enquiries between distributors and companies.
• To connect calls over privacy-protected virtual numbers. Real numbers are not exposed to the other party; calls are logged, and recorded only with consent.
• To send service messages about your account, enquiries and listings.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Contact details are shared with the other party to an enquiry only to the extent needed to progress that enquiry. We use processors for hosting, messaging and telephony, who act on our instructions.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as long as the law requires afterwards. You may ask us to access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent for call recording, by writing to info@vitrak.in.
