These terms govern your use of the Vitrak Extendreach website, the Vitrak distributor app and the company portal (together, the "platform"). By using the platform you agree to them.

What Vitrak is

Vitrak is a discovery platform that connects companies and brands with distributors onboarded through trade associations. We introduce the two sides and carry their enquiries. We are not a party to any agreement, order or payment between a company and a distributor.

Accounts

• Distributors join free, with quick sign-up by mobile number and OTP.
• Companies list under a paid plan; listing details and pricing are shared on request.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish, and for keeping your credentials secure.
• We may suspend an account that submits false business details or misuses the platform.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell or bulk-export listings or contact data.
• Do not use the calling feature for unsolicited marketing outside a live enquiry.
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to publish.

Content and ratings

Brand profiles, catalogues and campaign creatives remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to display them on the platform. Distributor feedback is moderated, and we may remove ratings that are abusive or demonstrably false.

Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vitrak is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the conduct or solvency of any company or distributor you meet through it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Nashik, Maharashtra, having jurisdiction.
